Folonite Refund Policy

3. Refund Timeline
Products: Refunds will be processed within 1 week from the approval of the refund request.
Services: Refunds for services will also be processed within 1 week from the approval of the refund request. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the services provided.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These may include:
- Products that are customized or designed to meet the specific needs of the client.
- Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
5. Refund Method
